Our client is a leading technology company based in Riyadh, KSA.

We are looking for a People Experience “PX” Unit Lead will be responsible for ensuring proper HR practices are in place and that they’re constantly up to date, which includes upholding efficient company policies and procedures, talent scoping and recruitment practices, performance evaluation mechanisms, career training and development requirements. The PX Unit Lead will be working in a tech-oriented and data driven environment.


Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain company policies and procedures periodically.

Partake in planning and executing HR strategies and initiatives.

Track and further enable the staff’s career development objectives and practices.

Maintain and periodically enhance the company's performance management procedures and tools.

Monitor and continuously grow the company's incentive mechanisms and offerings.

Provide support to company staff with recurring and ad-hoc requests, processes, and queries.

Maintain and continuously improve practices, tools and incentives that enhances staffs’ wellbeing and company's physical and digital work environment.

Nurture a cultivating company culture through events and activities.

?Oversee talent scoping and onboarding processes to ensure they’re properly executed and up to date.

Maintain, update and backup the company’s HRM data records and documents consistently.

Track OKRs and present periodic HR reports as required by management.

Liaison with relevant partners and stakeholders that aid in achieving unit objectives.

Implement disciplinary and grievances practices as per company policies and labor laws.

Prepare and present periodic HR reports as required by management.


Candidate Requirement

5 years experience in Human Resource (tech company background preferred)

Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English mandatory


Academic Prerequisites:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
