Job Summary
Associate - Human Capital Operations Officer is responsible for handling employee’s HC related requests, ERP-HCM system, payroll administration, data management, leave and attendance tracking, employee onboarding, their separations, their benefits including medical and life insurance, miniating an accurate organizational chart and processing all recruitment activities. They maintain personnel files and coordinate events. T
Job Responsibilities
Assist management daily in handling employee’s HC related requests, providing guidance, advice, and interpretation of human capital (HC) policies and procedures.
• Prepare communications related to Human Capital for review, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the organization's objectives, before disseminating them to AECB employees.
• Collect, analyse, and enter employee data into the ERP-HCM system, encompassing various aspects such as new hires, transfers, salary adjustments, address updates, leaves of absence and attendance, separations, deductions, and additional compensation and benefits.
• Maintains HC policies and procedures including forms and templates updated • Administer the monthly payroll process, calculating salaries, allowances (e.g., transportation, education, air tickets, per diem for business travel), and deductions (e.g., unpaid leaves, pension contributions), ensuring accuracy and compliance. In addition to manage timely, all correspondences related to HC with the government and authorities.
• Maintain employee attendance records, monitoring and generating reports on attendance patterns.
• Manage employee certificate requests i.e., Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate etc.
