Our client is  for a Treasury Operations Specialist that will report to Financial team. Stake holders include  CFO, Payment Solutions Manager, Legal Officer and Compliance and Country GMs in all offices.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
 
  • Performing regular settlements, controlling balances and limits with business partners and external providers
  • Perform reporting activities
  • Dealing with banks, liquidity providers, payment systems
  • Review operational data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness
  • Monitor and manage all expenses within the allotted budget
  • Supervising monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast processes
  • Assistance with payment solutions providers when needed (communication, solving problems, etc.) as backup
  • Participation in operational reconciliation projects
  • Perform bank operations when needed

Profile requirements:
 
  • Fluent English
  • University degree Finance or Business
  • At least 3 - 4 years of experience in international, fast-growing firm with a wide range of payment solutions (could be e-commerce, trading, cryptocurrencies operations, peer to peer payments, crowdfunding or similar)
  • Proven track record of successfully processing innovative payment solutions with B2C focus for online business
  • Able to operate in a constantly changing environment of emerging markets, which require creative out of box solutions
  • Experience of handling complicated solutions for business needs
  • Analytical approach, orientation towards detail, experience of handing cross border payments which require both accounting, technology and legal skillset
  • Emotional intelligence, hardworking, positive attitude, reliability and responsibility
  • Prudent, self-disciplined, detail oriented, able to handle operational and accounting tasks
  • International, open-minded person, able to collaborate with teams and peers overseas
