Job Title: Strategic Account Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Monitor sales performance metrics
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Hunting / Farming, exp. 5-10 yrs. in middle east market - infrastructure / application / cloud sales 
  • Confident to give client facing presentations and extremely proficient with MSFT office.
  • Achieve targets quarter on quarter.
  • Can do approach and should be a go getter in the market.
  • Exp to work in UAE - Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi market. 
  • Exp in account management, positioning of product / services based on customer requirement.
  • Understanding the decision-making process of customer organization.
  • Understanding of technology , solution and should have analytical skills.
  • Understanding of IT services / product business
  • Driving License is a plus point.
  • Must have perseverance to work in highly competitive environment.
