Job Description

Our client is looking for an accomplished Installments Commercialization Director with a passion for innovating and shaping the next generation of payment products.
You will be responsible for GTM and commercialization of one of the fastest growing areas of the organization and bringing innovative use cases to life at scale. In addition, you will look at defining solutions across our assets and challenge status quo where needed so that the solutions solve for our client needs and serve great consumer experience on Installments use cases for GCC.
As a key member of the Installments Product team focused on the Installments GTM, you will work closely with the Company’s  regional product teams, sales teams, as well as technology partners to roll out, commercialize, and enhance our BNPL/Installments solutions. You will be working across both issuing and merchant teams to bring our BNPL/Installments solutions to market.
Responsibilities
  • Form overall GTM strategy including target clients, local resourcing, governance, and local product requirements
  • Engage with clients in commercial conversations, perform detailed solution design, engineering, integration and product rollout activities, with a regional focus
  • Determine product-market fit of company’s  Installments products in market, determine revenue potential, timing, regulatory considerations and key market assumptions / risks, local pricing customizations
  • Train regional product and sales teams, respond to client inquiries, leads client negotiations, finalizes contracts, and act as a point of escalation
  • Provide deep product expertise in region, support and consult on commercial deals related to Installments products
  • Work with willing clients to provide contracts & Resolve issues / blockers, ensures all requirements are met to enable new client pilots / launches; drive execution and track contract milestones; regularly update Microsoft Dynamics
  • Manage and communicate new product features/enhancements roll out in region in conjunction with regional product.
  • Attend to service requests, queries and issues of clients, and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with technology partners to determine and find solutions as to how our product interacts with their respective solutions and platforms
  • Spearhead the collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to generate, document, communicate and execute/implement the company’s Installments business & product strategy
 

Qualifications
PREFERRED Qualifications: 
  • –8-10 years of work experience and a passion for Payments and new technology
  • Experience in GTM/commercialization of new global technology and/or payment products
  • Ability to balance technical and commercial acumen, and communicate solution feasibility that drive the biggest impact on the business and value to the customers
  • Strong collaboration, communication, technical and commercial skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, internally and externally; experience working in global settings and international teams coupled with awareness of market differences and commonalities
  • Passion for optimal designs and consumer experiences, deep understanding of operational processes and flows derived from different system/integration architectures
  • Prior experience in Installments, BNPL, Card Management Systems is strongly preferred. Experience of GCC market is a must
  • Proven leadership capabilities including strong thought leadership, effective decision making, and ability to drive for results
