Our client an independent clinic based in Dubai UAE. is looking for a qualified and experienced Speech, Psychomotor, and Occupational Therapists for their new outpatient center dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with Neurological Developmental Disorders (NDD).

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, psychomotor, or occupational therapy needs.
Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on measurable outcomes and progress to enhance patient well-being.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
Ensure patient-centered care by involving families in the therapy process, setting clear goals, and maintaining open communication.
Use evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to address speech, language, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Develop and implement therapeutic interventions that promote independence and improve the quality of life for patients with neurological developmental disorders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, sharing insights to improve patient outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, training, and conferences to stay current with best practices.
Uphold clinic standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and ethical guidelines.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of clinic policies, procedures, and therapy programs.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or related fields.
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred.
Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License and home country certification to practice.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Speech and Phonetics, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting.
Familiarity with curriculum design, training, and instruction for individuals and groups.
Knowledge of human behavior, performance, individual differences, learning, and motivation.
Experience in private hospitals is preferred.
Skills:
Sound clinical judgment and decision-making for case management.
Ability to reflect on practice with peers and identify areas for professional development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic or European languages like French, Spanish, Portuguese or German will be an added advantage
Knowledge in usage computers and office equipment for day to day operations
Ability to sit, walk, and perform manual tasks for prolonged periods.
Mobility to coordinate with various departments within the facility.
