We are currently looking for a Dynamic Social Media Manager for our client.

 

Who will be responsible for content strategy, execution, and audience engagement. lead daily content delivery, coordinate with creatives and influencers, and optimize our digital presence with a performance-first mindset.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Manage and grow communities — respond to DMs, comments, reviews, and mentions
  • Plan and execute sales funnels via social: lead magnets, opt-ins, landing pages.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators (health, fitness, lifestyle niches)
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots; create BTS and event coverage content
  • Monitor platform trends and proactively implement best practices.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions), prepare monthly reports.
  • Liaise with customer service on social queries and complaints.
  • Supporting product launches, events, and campaigns through social coverage.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • 2–4 years in social media, digital content, or brand marketing
  • Proven success in growing and engaging communities
  • Experience in funnel-building and lead generation campaigns
  • Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo,
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and data-minded
  • Previous experience in health, wellness, or FMCG brands
  • Knowledge of UAE influencer market and paid collaborations
