Our client is now recruiting for a Senior Sponsorship Manager
Role Overview:
The person will join a small team based in Dubai tasked with overseeing the Client’s sponsorship activity within the CEMEA region. This is a dynamic region covering the Middle East, Africa and a selection of markets in Europe.
The role involved the support of both global sponsorship assets and more localized sponsorships. During the term, the Client will sponsor major international events including the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Arab Cup in Qatar; the Winter Olympics in Beijing; and the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
There are a large number of internal and external parties involved in the management of these sponsorships and a broad range of process and procedures that need to be followed. The person will be given adequate training and introduction to the role but should be very comfortable and confident managing multiple projects/deadlines/stakeholders at the same time.
Knowledge, experience and interest in sponsorship and sports events will be extremely beneficial.
