Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new products and features, from research and ideation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and create user-centered journeys.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and gather feedback.
- Support product growth strategies by enhancing feature design for product-led growth.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
- Stay current with design trends and industry developments and incorporate them into your work.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all designs.
Requirements
- Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other suitable majors.
Preferred Business Skillset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Software Development.
- Exposure to ERP systems (such as Zoho).
Software Knowledge Required
- Hands-on experience in Product Design, with a focus on UX.
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience designing for SaaS platforms, Real Estate portals, and data analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, In Vision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated skill in leading design projects and working with cross-functional teams.
