Our client is a leading Automotive company in the UAE and we are looking for a Senior Executive (Field Service) Job Description Senior Executive – Field Service (Africa and Middle East)
Reporting to Manager- Field Service, key job responsibilities of Senior executive will be: • Service Planning: - To implement the service plan and sustain continuous business growth. Establish service business intelligence and tracking for Service plan implementation at distributor. • Service Product Offerings: - Support distributor to implement attractive service product offering (Contracts/ Ex. Warranty/other customized) schemes that are competitive and attractive to our customers in the private, corporate, fleet sector. Support to enhance the penetration ratio at the assigned territory • Customer Retention: - To improve Customer retention through development of service’s offers & accessories proactively by anticipating the changing customer needs and demands based on vehicle age • Service KPI Management: - Ensure communication with distributors and set specific service KPI targets on yearly basis and track the performance and rotate improvement plans • Service Cost / Pricing: Service cost / pricing study, summarize and support distributor to ensure cost competitiveness in the respective market • Service Marketing – Plan effective service Marketing campaigns. Plan seasonal and customized targeted campaigns based on the market situation and customer need trend study in each market • CRM - To develop, implement and improve CRM / BDC activities to enhance service promotion activities at distributor • Dealer clinics/Operations audits – Dealer visits to suggest and implement changes required to achieve higher dealer standards and customer satisfaction. • Support Manager in all aspect of Service planning and business development activities
Job Location: DUBAI Experience and Skills • 3 – 5yrs experience in automotive industry with hardcore role in service planning and business development • Background must be well-rounded in the areas of service development, distributor business management and analysis • Ability to conduct detailed analysis and knowledgeable in evaluation of distributor KPI’s and daily operational controls • Ability to develop service product offerings to meet changing customer needs • Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
