Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the high-end furniture market within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury goods, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a sophisticated approach to sales, focusing on personalized service and an in-depth knowledge of design trends and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.
Provide personalized consultations, understanding client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Present and demonstrate high-end furniture collections, highlighting unique features, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics.
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and lead generation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including materials, construction, finishes, customization options, and design philosophies.
Stay abreast of current design trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the luxury furniture sector.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-end furniture to clients.
Showroom & Operations:
Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented, reflecting the luxury and elegance of our brand.
Assist clients with product selection, space planning, and design solutions.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and smooth execution.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in high-end furniture, luxury retail, or interior design in the UAE market.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive luxury market.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and an eye for aesthetics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own transport is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
