Apart from 3 manufacturing facilities, the group has 5 specialized Research & Development centres, and the overall employee strength exceeds 2500.

The position reports to Sales Director and will be responsible for growing existing customers, adding new clients, opening new countries, with prime focus on (a) West Europe (b) East Europe for the range of Solar Products (Batteries, Panels, Inverters, Solar Power Electronics). The position requires identification of right opportunities, integration of product as per market requirements. 

With the determination to stand tall as a global leader in Tubular Battery Manufacturing and Solar Products, the company is focused and working relentlessly to establish its business by achieving USD 1 Billion of Revenue by FY25 by achieving the key Objectives.

(a) Revenue Generation: Solar Products (Batteries, Panels, Inverters, Solar Power Electronics)
(b) Open new countries / appoint distributors
(c) Open to Extensively Travel Internationally

1) Revenue Generation: Solar Products (Batteries, Panels, Inverters, Solar Power Electronics)
Candidates will have a direct sales responsibility.    

2) Client Acquisition & Opening New Countries    
Need to appoint distributors    
Identifying a creating scalable distributors looking for quality, brand & service (QBS)    
Mapping what market wants v/s what we have.    
Active feedback to develop the required product portfolio.     

3) Managing Setbacks and Unknowns / Managing External Competitive Pressure    

4) Management reporting skills are critical to communicate with the top management.     

5) Open to Extensively Travel Internationally    
We believe that accurate market facts and realities are best understood by foot on ground.    
In order to ensure that sales targets are achieved, the candidate will have to travel 120 days in a    


a. From Solar, Batteries, Solar Power Electronics background
b. Extensively travelled internationally for International Sales
c. Should be able to adapt in dynamic environment.
d. Should have the ability handle stress.
e. Aggressive Sales approach & target oriented
f. Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
g. Strong Analytical, self-driven & motivated
h. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
