Sales Manager - 12 months renewable contract through ManpowerME Group

MAJOR OBJECTIVES: To develop sales and increase profitability of the Client's market share within the assigned territories through strategically targeted business plans supportive of local, regional and national market forces impacting the Company’s product line.

 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement in the territory a strategy allowing the turnover of products, mosaic  to significantly  increase. The products are brand oriented, suitable both for private and public applications.
  • Maintain a strong relation with the key clients and designers/architects , developers, general contractor, especially  when important or prestigious projects are to be tackled
  • Develop and cultivate business relationships with architects, specifiers, designers, and contractors to increase market share within region.
  • Analyze the territory in order to grasp and tackle all the relevant aspects linked to the possible applications of the product
  • Promote, coordinate and oversee all steps from sale to installation requirements with all parties involved in order to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge, promotional materials and architectural consultancy to designers, contractors and architects.
  • Successfully manage concepts and complexities associated with products and installation
  • Maintain a designer/architect-based customer list completing the CRM system daily with report of the meeting , deals, new pipeline projects
  • Support all company initiatives to maximize sales and profit for the Client.
  • Manage expenses within approved budget.
 

REQUIREMENTS

Personal Profile

  • Sales professional with a strong sales track record and current client data base in the A&D community, developers and general contractors
  • Strong track record influencing customer relationships and closing sales. 
  • Driven to succeed, results oriented, high energy and customer focused. 
  • Professional appearance with strong presentation, oral, written communication and selling skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, successful relationship builder. 
  • Successful in handling high-end clientele  as well as contractors and installers.

 

Education

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Graphic Design, Architectural Design or Sales and/or Marketing.

 

Skills and Experience

 

Minimum 5 years experience in an architectural sales environment in high-end tile industry as an Outside Sales Representative.

 Direct sales experience with emphasis on major accounts. 

Computer savvy (Microsoft application ).

Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
