Sales Manager Job Description
· Achieve annual sales targets and increase business and market share across in territory and develop new business opportunities in territory
. Visit 2 different countries under responsibility of ME countries every month (Each visit must be min. 3 days) (KSA, Bahreyn, Qatar, Egypt, Omman, Azerbaijan, Lebanon)
· Visit existing customers to achieve sales goals in assigned area of responsibility
· Manage relations and cooperate with dealers in order to reach sales targets and carry out sales processes
· Lead the development of the company's market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing
· Sales and marketing data analysis, sales channel and sales report collection, analysis and summary to report to manager
. Follow and coordinate the payment from end users and dealers
· Business plans implementations with cross departments
· Get in contact with about technical or commercial topics related with Manager in Turkey
. Arrange the open house and customer days in responsibility regions
. Travel to Turkey to join quarterly meetings
. Travel to Turkey or Germany for training in case of needs
. Participating to exhibitions in the region, Turkey or Germany
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or any related field
· Min 5 years of sales experience in B2B and related field (machining sector is a plus)
· Min 3 years’ experience in region
· Fluency in English both oral and written
· Proven track record & success in sales management
· Being actively involved in execution of dealer/distributor management and people management
· A working knowledge of KPI's is essential to enhance the profitability of the business
· Mobility - must be able to work as required to fulfil business needs
