We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director specializing in the pharmacies segment to lead our sales efforts in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, extensive knowledge of sales strategies within the pharmacy sector, and exceptional connections with pharmacies in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
1. Develop and execute sales strategies:
• Formulate effective sales strategies and tactics specifically targeted at the pharmacy sector to drive revenue growth.
• Set ambitious sales targets, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with pharmacies:
• Leverage existing connections and establish new relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers in pharmacies across Saudi Arabia.
• Nurture strong partnerships with pharmacies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Lead the sales team:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to the sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
4. Monitor market trends and competition:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the cosmetics and pharmacy sectors.
• Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
5. Drive sales growth and revenue:
• Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

6. Enhance brand visibility and market presence:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeting pharmacies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and establish the company as a trusted partner in the cosmetics industry.

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, specifically within the pharmacy segment.
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics industry, market dynamics, and sales techniques.
• Experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
2. Pharmacy network and relationships:
• Extensive network and established relationships with pharmacies in Saudi Arabia, with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and securing partnerships with pharmacies.
3. Language skills:
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Leadership and management skills:
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, setting clear objectives and providing effective coaching and mentorship.
