Sales Assistant / Coordinator / EA to Sales Director

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Connecting with teams by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales records.
Assisting Sales team in Compiling monthly sales reports.
Assisting in Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
An associate’s or bachelor's degree
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word , excel and powerpoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable , no Complexity
