Our client is a global automotive company, and we are looking to hire Sales and Marketing Assistant – Power Products Job Responsibilities 1) Understand Business Flow including order cycle, receiving orders from distributors / updating shipment and arrival of the units / stock management, and processing the entire flow in conjunction with Sales Team. 2) Create Sales Reports for Management. 3) Maintain Sales Database on a regular basis and understand Sales Plan. 4) Update Shipment Results & Forecast and communicate with Management and Distributors. 5) Prepare Industry Market Database and provide market analysis to concerned teams within the organization. 6) Liaise with distributors to align Sales & Orders in line with company requirements in achieving Monthly / Annual Targets. 7) Consolidating Orders and sharing with Distributors and Honda factories. 8) Update Final Orders / Shipment / Sales & Stock Result and Forecast in relevant excel sheet and share with Management. ) Support Sales & Marketing Team for events i.e., Product Launch, Distributor Conferences etc. Job Location: Dubai Additional Basic Requirements for the Position: • Experience in Sales and Marketing Division with some Administration background. • Experienced in the areas of Data Management and Analysis. • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point). Very high-level skills desired for using excel & preparing PowerPoint presentations. People with basic coding experience (VB, C#, C++ etc.) and database knowledge (Microsoft SQL) are preferred. • Fluency in English is mandatory. • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner • Ability to respect & communicate with seniors of different nationalities.
