We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing customers, adding new clients, and opening new countries, with a prime focus on Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, and Cyprus for our range of Solar Products.
The candidate should have a strong background in solar, batteries, and solar power electronics, extensive international travel experience, an aggressive sales approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow existing customers and add new clients in the Middle East region.
Identify the right opportunities and integrate the product as per market requirements.
Open new countries and appoint distributors.
Direct sales responsibility for solar products (Batteries, Panels, Inverters, Solar Power Electronics).
Work closely with existing distributors in Lebanon and Syria to increase revenue.
Achieve 25% market share by March 2025.
Manage a team of two Country Sales Engineers.
Report to the Regional Sales Director.
Travel internationally for 120 days in a year.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in solar, batteries, or solar power electronics
Extensive international travel experience for international sales
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle stress.
Aggressive sales approach and target-oriented mindset
Strong analytical, self-driven, and motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
