We are looking for a Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process for all positions across the company, including sales, marketing, property management, administration, and executive roles. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, team management, and knowledge of the real estate sector.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all real estate-related roles.

  • Recruitment Process Management:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment for all job openings, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations.

  • Sourcing Candidates:
    Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with industry organizations. Leverage a variety of tools and strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Candidate Experience:
    Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role specifications, and team culture to ensure the best hiring decisions.

  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
    Track, analyze, and report on recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire metrics. Make data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.

  • Employer Branding:
    Work with the marketing team to promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing the company culture, values, and career development opportunities.

  • Interviewing & Selection:
    Conduct interviews, facilitate assessments, and guide hiring managers in selecting the best-fit candidates. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal hiring practices.

  • Onboarding & Integration:
    Collaborate with HR to facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and their respective teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in recruitment in HR

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

    • Proven experience in recruiting for real estate or related industries.

    • Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing across various channels.

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment methods.
