Product Manager – Loyalty Business
Location: Dubai

Role Purpose:

To develop and own the entire Loyalty Business Strategy – Payments

Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Prioritize Customer-Centricity: Emphasize understanding and listening to customer demands attentively, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the forefront of business decisions.
  • Anticipate Customer Trends: Proactively predict and analyze customer behaviors and desires, leveraging data insights and market research to stay ahead of evolving preferences and expectations.
  • Long-Term Customer Value: Maintain a strategic focus on fulfilling customer needs over short-term revenue gains, fostering loyalty and sustainable relationships that drive continuous growth and success.
  • Develop a structured approach for engaging partners and managing relationships efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners and engage key stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing team to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements in compliance with contractual guidelines, policies, and financial parameters.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as a representative of the brand, fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign outcomes with partners, including collaborative content promotions.

• A minimum of 7 years industry experience
• University degree
• Understanding of Loyalty Product dynamics including demographic factors, competitor products and services and customer experience
• Knowledge of the UAE market and main competitors
