Own the strategy and road map for Payments in ABFRL across all brands. The role essentially defines and delivers the customer experience on payments and refunds.
Work closely with the external payment and fin-tech ecosystem to keep abreast of the best-in-class industry solutions. Identify the right partners and implement and scale across brands.
Build the Payment product roadmap across quarterly, AOP and three-year payment roadmap including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition.
Be on top of the latest RBI guidelines and new payment initiatives across competitors.
Evaluate different key payment initiatives and work with the tech and brand teams for their implementation in road-map
Drive the day-to-day payment optimization by increasing routing to payment instruments that have higher success rates while lowering the cost of payments and retaining low fraud rates.
Define and deliver best-in-class refund experience to reduce refund TAT, drive CX and repeat transactions.
Develop and maintain an alert mechanism to promptly resolves day-to-day technology issues that impact payment Success rates and CX.
Explore mutually beneficial partnerships with bank partners/wallets/payment networks to give ABFRL consumers offers and cash backs.
Work closely with the identified parties to detail the plan of engagement, expected business results, proposed timelines, commercials and integration efforts.
Manage end-to-end legal details of the engagement along with the respective teams.
Project manage the execution of the project once the deal has been signed with the parties.
6-9 years' experience in Payment and Fin-tech product management
Language Known: Mandarin, English (Mandatory)
Experience in product management on the client side is a plus
In-depth knowledge of payment gateways, new-age fin-tech solutions and understanding of payment alliances ecosystem
Experience in integration with payment gateways and understanding the technical integration details
Minimum of 4+ years of experience translating customer needs into product and engineering requirements and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience working with UI UX design teams to deliver best-in-class payment design
Multi-task and multi-stakeholder management skills
Strong consumer insight capability and curiosity about payment trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Payment Product Roadmap
