Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Russian-speaking Office Manager to join their team in Dubai!  

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.  You will interact with clients, staff, and external partners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors professionally and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for the team, ensuring timely communication and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, visa applications, and logistics for team members.
  • Coordinate with facilities management to ensure a clean and well-maintained work environment.
  • Manage office petty cash and perform basic administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by providing support to colleagues.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor.
