Designation: Network Security Engineer

  • Minimum 5-6 Years of experience and proven hands-on work experience as a network security engineer or information security engineer.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineer, Information Systems, or related IT fields CCNA Switching, Routing, and CCNP Security is a must
  • Network engineer certifications such as CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional Security), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), and GIAC Security Certifications. 
  • Fortigate Network Security Certification, Juniper Network Certification
  • Extensive technical knowledge in security network devices (switches, antivirus, firewalls, etc) and any other security networking hardware or software tools
  • Thorough understanding of the latest technologies, security principles, and protocols.
  • Complete command on dealing with security systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, log management, authentication systems, content filtering, etc.
  • Understanding of the web-related terminologies and software such as web applications, web related protocols, service-oriented architectures, and web services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios and Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Ability to communicate and report network security incidents and issues to the upper management.
  • Ability to define and implement the results of malicious code, mobile code, and anti-virus software.
  • Knowledge of computer forensic tools, data loss prevention methods, and disaster recovery methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in analyzing and interpreting threat intelligence indicators, TTPs, and threats
  • Problem-solving skills for quickly uncovering and fixing network flaws
  • Ability to remain calm while multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player, Self-confident, motivated, and independent
  • Analytical skills for thoroughly examining computer systems and networks and for identifying vulnerabilities
  • An attention to detail that prevents stealthy cyber attacks
