Our client is now recruiting for a Multi Media Designer – Dubai

Role Definition:

We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer, who will help the company  meaningfully create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media for the marketing team to connect with company’s  Legal Age consumers and customers through multiple channels in both English and Arabic.

Your day to day:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling communication material that will be deployed across channels: print, digital (eCRM and Paid media), illustrations, layouts, GIFs and social, in accordance to our global brand guidelines.  You will need to thoroughly understand each campaign objectives, as well as the particular context and complement them with the right visuals that will speak to the hearts and minds of our audience. You will produce error-free assets and demonstrate the competencies and attention-to-detail to edit your own work. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of company’s  Apps, in market visuals, website and more while ensuring global brand guidelines are followed.

We work in a fast-paced market that requires quick turnarounds, so flexibility and speed are critical for success in this position. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative, collaborative and able to easily adapt to our specific product category and the rapidly changing market dynamics. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing Brand Teams to complement marketing campaigns with effective visuals and assets for: digital (CRM, Paid Media banners, Social) and print.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements, conceptualize visuals based on requirements and briefs.
  • Develop error-free content that adheres to the brand’s style guidelines such as illustrations and other designs.
  • Test graphics across various media (i.e. website & Mobile App).
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Input your content to the content management software (CMS) if required.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
     

Who we’re looking for

  • Major: Degree in Design & multimedia (fine arts would be a plus)
  • Marketing minor preferred
  • Experience 1-3 years
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread your own and others' work
  • Perfect command of Arabic and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong command of design softwares (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) specifically in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Premier Pro and After Effects editing for videos is a plus. Experience in digital designs such as: 2D Designs, Video editing, Graphic Animation & special effects, GIFs, and Digital & rich media banners.
