Our client is seeking competent and experienced Marketing Manager to work in their new outpatient center in Dubai, UAE.

This is a new venture “start-up” environment and organization. An ideal candidate should have start-up experience, but at a minimum, the candidate should be able to work in an organization that needs to develop systems and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness about the center’s NDD services, targeting families, educators, and healthcare providers.
Establish partnerships with schools, childcare centers, and educational institutions to promote early intervention and create referral pathways. This may include organizing workshops or informational sessions for staff and families.
Work closely with local hospitals, pediatric clinics, pharmacies, and therapy centers to build alliances that are mutually beneficial, driving patient referrals and strengthening the center’s network.
Develop and lead campaigns focused on raising awareness about neurodevelopmental disorders, aiming to educate the community, reduce stigma, and attract families in need of the center’s services.
Generate educational content for parents, teachers, and caregivers on topics related to NDD, providing resources on early signs, intervention benefits, and center services through blogs, newsletters, and social media.
Manage a digital presence that emphasizes the center’s specialized services, using targeted online advertising and social media to reach parents, schools, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct research to understand the specific needs of families with children who have NDD, adapting marketing efforts to address these needs and support outreach.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in management with marketing as specialization.
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management or a related field would be an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years in healthcare marketing, with experience in pediatric or special needs services preferred.
Ability to build and maintain partnerships with educational and healthcare institutions is essential, along with knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
