We are currently looking for a Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the overall marketing strategy for the company. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of real estate marketing trends, and the ability to create impactful strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

    • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

    • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing strategies.

  • Brand Development & Management:

    • Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels.

    • Lead efforts to strengthen the company’s brand identity and enhance its market position.

    • Work with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, advertisements, website content, etc.).

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media:

    • Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.

    • Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to improve online visibility and engagement.

    • Analyze digital marketing metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies.

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

    • Develop marketing campaigns that drive leads and new business opportunities.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals.

    • Implement and monitor CRM strategies to nurture client relationships and increase conversions.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.

    • Work closely with other departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns.

    • Manage external agency relationships and third-party vendors when necessary.

  • Budget Management & Reporting:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on campaign progress and marketing ROI.
