Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution.
Project Execution:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
Resource Management:
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and external vendors.
Team Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Project Manager in an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
