The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex advertising campaigns, creative projects, and marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
Responsibilities: Project Planning and Strategy:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and goals.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution.
Project Execution:
Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
Resource Management:
Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and external vendors.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) as a Project Manager in an advertising or creative agency.
Strong understanding of advertising and creative processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
