Legal Counsel

This is a Contract role through Manpower – 12 months renewable contract

We are looking to hire a Legal Counsel – Contracts on a fixed term basis. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for preparing, drafting and/or reviewing a variety of contracts and other documentation including Distribution Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Purchase & Supply Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements and various organizational policies for the Middle East & Africa Region. The Legal Counsel will act as the liaison between the Regional Legal Counsel and the local affiliates across the Region and will support the affiliates in managing their daily contractual requirements independently.

The Legal Counsel will report to the Regional Legal Counsel, Middle East & Africa.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws from a reputable university
• 4 – 5 years’ post qualification experience
• At least one year’s experience in the UAE
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure
• Excellent team player
• Excellent commercial sense and solution oriented
