Key Account Manager - Technical
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Type: Permanent

The KAM-Technical is responsible for field execution of the client products. This role is responsible for ensuring services are seamlessly delivered to the clients and is expected to recognize client issues and needs by collaborating with customers and different stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities (tasks, duties, responsibilities)
  • Partner with the respective customer(s) to help them understand the client solution capabilities and address customer’s queries
  • Serve as a strong advocate for your clients(VOC) to ensure the client maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Sales to meet or exceed client revenue goals
  • Coordinate between the customer and internal ops team for seamless deployment of energy solution
  • Partner with Operations team to identify ways to improve and streamline deployment;
  • Recommending methods of improvement and ensuring actions are implemented on time
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and coordinate operational resource plans with team manager
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all the client products and services, engaging subject matter experts as needed
  • Perform regular business reviews, monitor progress, track KPIs for all the assigned accounts. Conduct regular health review meetings to ensure that there is no deviation
  • Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress to the concerned stakeholders
  • Conduct performance analysis and identify gaps and opportunities for energy saving measures/improvement in the existing technologies, infrastructure to enhance their efficiency
  • Constantly looking to identify impediments or obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed.
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
  • BE/B.Tech preferably in EEE/ECE
  • Technical certification on MS Project preferred
  • Certfied Scrum Master(CSM) certification will be an added plus
