Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist 

This is a Contract Role through ManpowerME - 12 months renewable contract 

Job description:

  • Support hiring managers for the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Facilitate job briefing and debriefing meetings with Hiring Managers to assure understanding of the role and key considerations for advertising, sourcing and selection
  • Prepare job posting, source candidates, utilizing internal and external advertising on career sites and all the relevant tools
  • Screening profiles based on the defined requirements
  • Organize interviews using the Company tools
  • Drive candidate engagement and an outstanding recruitment experience to candidates throughout the recruiting journey
  • Support all aspects of regulatory compliance and data integrity through the recruitment process
  • Work closely with other HR stakeholders

Required profile:

  • Degree level education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a large multinational organization
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant tracking systems) - Workday would be advantage
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, trends and best practices
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Knowledge of South East Europe and/or Middle East & Africa market trends/local requirements
  • Understanding of social media
  • Ability to work in remote environment with multiple business stakeholders
