Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Coordination with the customer for all defined work
• Coordination with internal departments
• Execute assigned tickets in the ticketing system
• Execute assigned e-mails in the shared and personal mailbox
• Participate in internal project meetings
• Participate in meetings with our customers if needed
• Carry out and coordinate operation generated projects if needed
• Create orders, tickets, reports. Monitor tasks, check due dates, follow up with responsible parties
• Assist with other cases within the Standard Project Solutions department if needed
Main knowledge
• Education in project planning, administration, logistics or equivalent through work experience
• Experience with project coordination, administration and/or management
• Strong command of English Language both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience in working in international teams Main Attitude Competence
