This is a Contract role through Manpower - 12 months renewable contract Job Scope: Research potential vendors Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Coordinate with stakeholders for their upcoming requirements Attend internal procurement and stakeholder meetings Job Requirements Must have 2 years’ experience in purchasing of goods & services FMCG experience preferred Good analytical and communication skills Hands on with MS office and other procurement systems Must have a bachelor’s degree Attitude to work in a fast paced environment Willing to work on a short term 6 month assignment
