Our client is looking for a Junior Inside Sales (Direct / Indirect) to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Main goals    
Fronting all company existing Direct Customers and assist the Direct Sales Managers’ team:
•    Quotations & Commercial Proposal for all products 
•    Contract preparations 
•    Order forms approval
•    Post contracting Run or Re-run Onboarding process for New Clients Direct / Indirect, introduction to the maritime organization
•    Train clients on Sales processes (Sales forms, Order Details, etc.…) and all tools (P360, Xchange/ Skyfile manager, etc..) 
•    Follow up & execute new commercial orders
•    Assist KAM/Sales Managers’ team:
•    prospections, acquire new Clients / Partners, help KAM build sales pipeline (Cold calling, Organize meetings, ..)
•    Tenders/ RFQ and regular sales request from new and existing clients
•    Attend outside meetings, presenting company and products. 
•    Develop New Sales – from prospection till customer signing.
•    Prospection (Cold Calling, through existing clients, etc.…) 
•    Regular Customer/Prospects (Follow up/ visits, presenting products & Solutions 
•    Grow own CRM – updated regularly until closed/Won
•    Attend exhibition and conferences, (generate leads, etc...) 
•    Upsell existing customers, create new revenue stream: upgrade to new technologies, & solutions, etc…

Responsibilities and authorization    
Responsibility and authorization are in accordance with the processes relevant to this position. Responsibilities and authorization at operational level are defined in the processes. The sales hunting and approaching new prospects, upselling clients remain the main responsibility to secure the support require for KAM.  Another responsibility is to secure customer satisfaction post signing the contract, and have onboarding completed. 

Main tasks    
The main Task is the follow up on the Goals and yearly Objectives set, by following a well defined process, based on the priorities and importance of the goals. 

The Tasks have to be executed based on set of importance and priority:
•    Actively generate and follow up on prospects, cold calling, etc…
•    Take responsibility on all direct customers relationship, on new prospect customers and responsible to grow business
•    Achieve yearly defined sales target (Quantative & Qualitative) and pre-defined actions plans 
•    Follow up and take ownership of internal & external requests, liaise with Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Project Manager when/if needed 
•    Train & assist customers on various contracts & sales order forms.
•    Maintaining relationship with key accounts regularly
•    Ensure tools are available for customer and update them on the recent enhancement. 
•    Training as required.
•    Work actively/ closely with the Sales Managers for creating healthy sales pipeline for the current and progressive year.
•    Organize yearly gifts to the region's clients
