Our client is a leading  fully integrated Energy Logistics business serving the downstream oil and gas industry.
They are looking to hire UAE National / Emirati candidates for IT Support role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Responding to Helpdesk tickets by providing user support through diagnosing and troubleshooting problems related to Hardware or Software via. Phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Documentation of all issues encountered with solutions by utilizing Helpdesk software for sharing with team and for future reference
  3. Analyzing the requirements and procuring assets with suitable specifications in response to requests made.
  4. Setup, and provision of Business systems for users.
  5. Maintenance and up-gradation of assets to isolate issues with performance and to ensure its longevity
  6. Training users to identify and troubleshoot minor issues.
  7. Educating users with software fundamentals to simplify work and increase productivity
  8. Utilizing the information on the Internet and technical manuals to provide workable solutions for problems encountered.
  9. Expanding the range of internet connectivity by providing and implementing network devices and assisting end-users in achieving a successful connection
  10. Ensuring that the data backup was carried out and that all the information is safe and secure
