We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager (UAE National) with expertise in performance management, learning and development, and succession planning to join our dedicated HR team.

As the HR Manager, he/she will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by leading and overseeing various aspects of human resources, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic HR guidance to support our employees' growth, development, and overall engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•              Design and implement cutting-edge Talent Development Programs for all levels including leaders & high potential talent.
•              Champion and support talent mobility, employee development and retention.
•              Develop, maintain and lead a robust succession planning framework.
•              Monitor and evaluate the performance management process, making continuous improvement as needed.
•              Design, implement and oversee the learning & development programs.
•              Promote a positive workplace culture by developing and implementing strategies to improve job satisfaction.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
•              Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Psychology or related field
•              5-10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
•              Proven experience in designing and implementing effective performance management systems.
•              Strong experience in creating learning and development methodologies and succession planning programs.
•              Experience in designing/implementing talent programs.
•              Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to motivate, coach and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
•              Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
