Our client is now recruiting for an HR Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR department and Co-ordinate various implementation through Human Resources staffs.
  • Assists and advises senior management on Human Resources issues.
  • Formulating, recommending, and implementing effective HR policies, and procedures for the company.
  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices
  • Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company HR policies and regional labor laws and regulations.
  • Keeping Group HR informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievement of objectives.

Skills or Competencies: 

  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal in
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • A good initiator and finisher.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Be motivated and results driven
  • Have good IT skills in HRMS, Excel & Power Point.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR
