We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit procedures.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate training sessions, HR events, and employee engagement activities.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Assist with payroll inputs and liaise with finance or payroll departments.

  • Support performance review and appraisal processes.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits and leave management
