Our client is a reliable Real Estate company in the UAE for over 10 years. The client is seeking a Business Development & Strategy Head for your new business set up.
Responsibilities

  • Set performance goals and objectives for the executive team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments and teams within the organization.
