- Gas Treatment product Lead & Proposal Manager

Reporting to: Business Head
Product Line: Gas Treatment Process Skid Packages(Gas Dehydration Units, Amine Sweetening Units, Condensate Stabilization , Dew Point Control , Mercury Removal, CO2/H2S Removal units

Proposal Manager is responsible for preparing
  • Process Design
  • Techno-Commercial Bid Document Preparation
  • Cost Estimation
  • Technical Clarifications
  • Floating Vendor RFQs& Review
  • PFD,P&ID, 3D Model, Hazop Review
  • Process calculations
  • Aspen HYSYS
  • PSV sizing/Line sizing/BDV sizing
  • Technical Bid Evaluation
  • Vendor Documents Review
Location: India/UAE

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the proposal process from opportunity to award
  • Ensure adequate evaluation of requests for quotation requirements and Project specifications
  • Conduct Process design, selection, and Sizing of Process equipments, Pumps, Valves
  • Develop discipline deliverables, including Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Mass Balances, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams,    SAFE and Cause and Effect Charts, equipment and instrument Data Sheets, relief valve and hydraulic calculations
  • Utilize your expertise to contribute to the design and optimization of process systems in the oil and gas industry.
  • Ensure scope definition, technical/commercial accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of proposal submission
  • Provide customer support to the sales team via bid clarification meetings, pre-bid technical meetings, etc
  • Knowledge of Piping and structural E&I Discipline is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Rotating & Static Equipment Packages 
  • Preparation of data sheets, specifications, purchasing documents, technical evaluation for Mechanical equipment and Bulk items
  • Familiar with KOC, ADNOC, SAUDI ARAMCO, PDO, Qatar Energy Shell DEP’s, and International codes is an advantage
  • Liaison/coordination with both internal resources (other departments, sales, etc.) as well as external (i.e., clients, sub-vendors, etc.) to develop relationships and encourage a "team" culture
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quoting tools and procedures in order to improve the process and increase accuracy and success of proposals

Skills and Experience:
 
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry with a strong background in process design preferably with OEM’s and EPC
  • Proficiency in process simulation software HYSYS& UNISIM and relevant engineering tools.
  • Familiarity with international codes, standards & best practices in process engineering.
  • Experience in Gas Processing, Gas Treatment will be highly regarded
  • Chemical / Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and experience
  • Position may require international travel
  • Manufacturing Knowledge/experience is an asset
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to achieve excellent performance in individual and team environments
  • Ability to work remotely effectively and with limited supervision as needed
  • Demonstrated ability for on-time performance in a fast-paced work environment
