My client is looking for a qualified Digital Experience Executive to join the Marketing & Digital team in the GCC Cluster, based in Dubai.

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop the Paid media strategy & Media recommendations in a restricted opportunity environment with creative solutions for the GCC Market.
  • Work closely with the Media Agency improvise on the plan and strategy based on the dynamic market situation.
  • Manage Media Roll out and Ad specs to keep internal stakeholders informed about the latest developments, changes and optimizations.
  • Identify potential partners, areas of opportunity, optimization and final Reporting for paid media.
  • Analyze Key reporting metrics and media campaign efficiency.
  • Track Budgets and spends.
  • Review campaign reports and summarize key insights for internal stake holders.
  • Manage, Coordinate and administer all web projects and tasks through Planning, IT coordination, content, Test and Launch.
  • Ensure the technical operations of the website and optimization closely working with IT team.
  • Monitor Web performance and Web metrics using Analytics and available Salesforce tools and integration.
  • Develop the ongoing SEO strategy and improve SEO performance.
  • Improve UX and other Digital channels for traffic, usability and customer experience.
  • Data analytics on Google Analytics, Power BI
  • Ability to look at multiple data points implement action points based on the data to improve the reporting metrics and make adjustments to the current web and paid strategy


  • University degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 2+ years working in or with a digital media agency or blue-chip corporate, B2C focus.
  • Strong knowledge of media strategy and planning and acumen of digital media landscape in the GCC Region.
  • Proven experience in running paid media campaigns: display, programmatic media planning and buying, native across platforms, Website CMS management.
  • Understanding and demonstrable experience in integrated digital consumer journey design, web and mobile display strategy, audience activation and engagement.
  • Well versed in digital advertising technologies and paid media landscape (DMP, DSP etc.).
  • Able to run independently both globally led and locally driven campaigns.
  • Ability to work on and understand SAAS platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Good analytical skills, data-driven and critical thinking and ability to challenge with facts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills (virtual/F2F meetings, over the phone negotiations, etc.)
  • Experience with attribution, econometric and media mix modelling a plus.
  • Experience with advertising and reporting tools.
