Our client is a reliable Real Estate company in the UAE for over 10 years. The client is seeking a Business Development & Strategy Head for your new business set up.

 

Responsibilities

  • and lead business development initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships (existing and new) and participate in networking events
  • to the development of pitch decks, financial analyses, and proposals for submissions.
  • ability to pitch and present the organization's capability and business plan for the opportunity.
  • and process large datasets using Microsoft Excel to generate reports, charts, and graphs to present key findings - including NPV & IRR.
  • an effective sale plan and communicating it to the appropriate stakeholder
  • primary & secondary research as needed, providing vital input to project work.
  • a solid grasp of Middle East macroeconomics and factors influencing development strategies and growth within the real estate sector.
  • informed about significant trends and developments in the regional and global real estate landscape to offer well-informed insights.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 5-10 years in a leadership role in the real estate market in the UAE
  • Financial acumen, CFA / CA qualifications holder preferred
  • Business development in local and international markets
  • Networker and strategic thinker in market expansion strategies.
