Overall Purpose of the Role

Deliver CPC AOP budget through Key Account Management (KAM) & New Business Development(NBD) with focus on KSA.

Development and growth of Client key accounts (retailers or licensees) in Saudi.

The establishment of partnership principles, joint business planning and deployment of key account strategy in relevant region/market

Communications and exchanges between Client, licensees and retailers to maximize growth opportunities and deliver plans aligned with country & Regional franchise priorities.

Areas of Responsibility
Key elements and required results of the role

•Define strategy and ensure alignment with country & Regional franchise priorities.

•NBD : Identifiy & deploy New business development strategy for KSA across all categories.

•NBD: Lead business development opportunities through exploring white spaces for growth.

•KAM: Contribute to the trade marketing strategy for MENA and ensure proper execution.

•KAM: Deliver promotional plans for all key accounts and ensure proper execution.

•NBD/KAM: Lead contract negotiation with licensees and distributors to maximise Client royalty revenue across regions.

•KAM/ NBD: Ensure higher market share for TWDC products across all accounts managed.

•Manage budget in line with country franchise plans.

•Communication between TWDC MENA trade marketing team and K.A.M Team.

•Create, update and share back office tools (P&P, Key account plan, SKU count…)

•Periodic reporting of market updates.

Areas of Accountability
Who accountable to, what accountable for and any budget responsibility

•Accountable to the Senior Manager.

•Responsible for communication with local and regional teams.

•Accountable for set budgets including annual budget and marketing plans.

•Monitor and analyse licensees’ quarterly forecasts to ensure they are on trend to hit targets and identify immerging market issues or trends.

Skills Required
Highlighting the key technical, language and job-related skills required

•Ability to develop strategic market plan for growth

•Retail FMCG or fashion background is a pre-requisite.

•Retail management skill sets.

•Confident presenter, with ability to effectively present ideas to internal and external stakeholders and “negotiate “ideas when necessary.

•Quick Learner.

•Strong network and understanding of Saudi Arabia.

•Organised, ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.

•Excellent written and verbal communication.

•Team player

•Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written)
