The Marketing team articulates and brings to life who we are as a brand, why we exist, who we serve, and what value we have to offer. They are on a mission to build a best-in-class international marketing organization. With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer
insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop integrated marketing plans to engage advertisers and agencies across MENA, via campaigns, narratives, industry partnerships, educational workshops, and events (virtual, and in-person.)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Sales to build innovative and effective marketing programs.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and programming for business solutions tailored to specific vertical and agency segments.
  • Deliver large, market-wide events and more frequent, targeted roadshows to engage customers and prospects with Snap’s value proposition for businesses.
  • Create market & industry specific success stories which build demand for marketing solutions.
  • Partner closely with business marketers in other countries to transcreate and localize global programs for the region.
  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of business marketing programs

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Superb track record for project and program management, cross-functional leadership, and team management
  • Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Storytelling expertise, including translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations that demonstrate client value

Minimum Qualifications:
 6 years+ experience in marketing or advertising, developing strategy, positioning and messaging including account planning, strategic planning, communications planning, product marketing or business strategy roles in advertising agencies or marketing organizations.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups, and a deep proficiency in brand building
Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations,websites, videos, and other marketing materials
Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
Experience managing and executing events
Experience in multiple verticals, preferably in the Government, FMCG, Auto, eCom/Retail, Finance, Ents, or Tech industries
International travel required for marketing efforts as needed
