Our client is a Semi Government Financial Services company. We are looking for a Digital Gowth consultant.
• Develop plans & execute customer acquisition and retention strategies tailored to target customer base focusing on conversion rates, sales and customer retention typical to those in the ecommerce sectors.
• Apply marketing analytics to identify segments, boost sales and increase engagement.
• Analyze existing and past campaigns and find opportunities to optimize the campaigns, audiences or customer segments to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Plan, Execute and Measure marketing campaigns to optimize customer engagement and retention leveraging various marketing channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
• Review and measure digital & marketing KPI’s for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers to define customer segments and align on growth strategies.
• Configure systems, tools, and processes to support sales growth and effective marketing through data-driven initiatives.
• Use data & analytics to analyse customer behaviour, customer journey, engagement, and feedback to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and converting opportunities into sales.
• Optimize the use of marketing technologies, vendor tools and resources
• Enhance sales, user base growth and campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Ensure all marketing and sales activities are compliant with laws, regulations, and company policies
