Our client is multinational company and leader in Automotive industry.

We are looking to recruit a Japanese speaker Administrative Assistant.

 

Job Description:

1. Part of Administration department and support activities based on Manager’s supervision.

2. Assistant to the Senior General Managers / Director

• Make travel plans and book air tickets. • Manage apartment contracts of associates. • Find out service apartments with good deals. • Arrange meetings, meals for meetings • Drafting speech manuscripts • Communicate effectively with all levels of our company. • Deliver weekly or monthly reports on assigned projects. • Assist operational activities as needed. • Keep documents, processes, procedures up-to-date. • Complete all assignments on time.

3. Serve as window person with the Japan HQ

4. Arrange documents for guests visits and meeting arrangements.

5. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

6. Providing support to our Managers and Employees

 

Candidate Requirements:

1. Japanese (Written & Oral) speaker & fluent in English (Written & Oral) -MANDATORY

2. Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multicultural and diverse working environment

3. Ability to multi-task, work unsupervised, efficiently and effectively in a demanding environment 4. MS Office High Expertise - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

5. Relevant experience in Office Administration (2+ years)
