Be a thought leader, problem solver and trusted advisor to CEMEA Consumer Engagement Solutions team
Work closely with local market teams to understand Client needs and customize solutions as required. Solicit and synthesize feedback from CEMEA sub-regions to influence the product development roadmap
Under the guidance of line manager drive product delivery including project management, understanding and developing consumer solutions, processes and collateral, that allow the products and capabilities to be taken to CEMEA Clients.
Collaborate with key internal Client partners including Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Business Development for consumer solutions
Testing of UX of benefits; mapping out customer journey for sub region circulation
Own and develop in partnership with Marketing communications channels including Issuer toolkits, websites and apps for both Client and Clients.
Track the performance of solution/product implementations, launches and programs, whilst providing regular reporting and dashboards. Produce executive management reports, briefings and other related communications
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in financial/fintech industries with strong experience utilizing analytical and project management skills
Proven execution experience in a product management capacity and in delivery of customer facing solutions with an innovation focus
Digitally curious, follows industry trends and can utilize this exposure to provide compelling supporting information to Client’s product, customer experience and digital recommendations
Understand market trends, competition, and user requirements and interpret market research to provide insights to the team, informing decision-making processes.
Solid interpersonal skills, strong demonstrated collaborator with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally and under pressure.
Ability to drive decisions, operate in ambiguity and resolve conflicting situations
Excellent communication skills and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills
Understanding or experience in Insurance companies will be an advantage
