Job Description:
  • Responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified right talents using different channels and sources.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine the recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies for the role.
  • Conduct phone screening, administer assessments, and present the shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Prepare job descriptions and manage job postings on career websites as well as other channels and platforms.
  • Source candidates through professional network, proactive efforts, research and networking.
  • Conduct recruiting update meetings with the hiring departments to set expectations and streamline communication all throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate interview feedback and follow-up on interviews to ensure a positive candidate throughout the recruiting process.
  • Conduct local and international recruitment events/campaigns, career fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
  • Ensure that recruiting process and activities follow Government regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities in creating, designing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationship and network to create a pipeline of diverse, high-quality of candidate pool.
  • Track requisition and maintain candidate information to ensure data is current and accurate in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Participate in any given projects by the Management.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and overall Human Capital Team to implement manpower plans and activities.
  • Provide accurate information to candidates about the Company and the position in a way that inspires interest and document their progress through the selection process.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies in checking and clearing approval of invoices.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as directed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Must have minimum of 7 plus years of experience in 360 Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, both in agency and corporate, in medium to large-sized company.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/spoken) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have recruitment or account management experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Aluminium industries.
  • Advanced experience and user of MS tools and internet savvy.
